This powerful planer has a large rebate depth up to 18mm and a chip depth of 3mm. The design of the RT-PL82 includes a solid aluminium soleplate and a comfortable soft handle. The planer features a large knife wave and a carbide planer knife. Other features include automatic blade protection, chipping throw-off adaptor and a cable clip for securing the cable when not in use. The planer also features a parallel guide and a rebate depth stop allowing the user to make accurate and easy adjustments.
