| I have just bought one of these machines, and I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of service and delivery. However, from the write up, I was expecting legs with the machine. Only when I unpacked and read the instructions did I find that they are an optional extra that I seem not to be able to find on your site. How can I get some?
Second comment is that your write-up suggests that the machine is relatively easy to move and set up by one person (due partly to the detachable legs!!), but the instruction manual says that two people are needed to do this because of the weight of the machine.
I must emphasise that I am not displeased with the machine or service provided, I just feel that the write-up is a little misleading. |
